My emails are not counting as bounces and yet my recipients have not received them. Why?
If your contacts are not getting your emails, but you do not see any bounces in the tracking for that email, your contact most likely has a filter on their email server or client that is blocking your email. The filters may cause your email to be placed in your contact’s spam or junk folders.
If the filters on your contacts’ email servers are blocking messages sent from our system, the best plan is to make sure that Benchmark Email is whitelisted with that server. When you first start sending your emails, it is a good idea to let your contacts know to whitelist our service as a trusted sender to avoid any blocking issues.
