We maintain a feedback loop with the delivery department at AOL. We are whitelisted with their service, so there should be no problems delivering your emails to aol.com email addresses. However, this does not mean that your emails will always reach your contacts. Each of your contacts can have their own email clients that connect to AOL servers to retrieve email. These clients can have filters and blocks set up completely separately from the AOL system.

If you feel that your emails may be getting blocked by AOL, our support staff can examine the mail delivery log files to determine whether or not that is the case. The logs allow us to determine whether or not the block is happening at the AOL server level or with your contacts’ email clients.
