Why is my campaign cut off when I try to print it?

General Questions Updated on April 8, 2022

In order to prevent your email from being cut off, you need to print it in “landscape” format. This will more than likely cause your campaign to be divided into multiple pages, but it will print the entire email.

  1. Click File > Page Setup.
  2. Under Paper Options, check Landscape and Enable Shrink-to-Fit.
  3. Click OK.
Firefox:

  3. Next to margins, change to Custom.
  4. Customize your margins to fit your content
  5. Click OK.
