Can I Add a Personalized Merge Tag to My Automation Pro Email?

You can add a personalized greeting to your automation pro emails. You can include a greeting with the contact’s first name, last name or both. You can also use contact details in your email layout, an alternative text is available in case the contact has no details in the list. Note: In Automation Pro you can only choose one contact list to merge contact details from. It is encouraged when adding multiple lists to an automation, to make sure the details of every list are mapped identically.

Important

When adding or changing nodes to an automation, please make sure you click on the SAVE option when done.
