Can I edit my automation in Automation Pro?
In Automation Pro, you may be able to edit your automation if it has not yet been activated and is in draft status. Once a automation has been activated or terminated, the automation cannot be edited. However, auts can be terminated and copied to make edits. Just remember, subscribers who have gone through the automation will have already received emails or actions taken by the previous automation.
How do I use Automations?
First log into your Benchmark Email account at www.benchmarkemail.com, navigate to your Automations under your Tools menu, then click Create Automations.
