After sending an email campaign, Benchmark collects data from your email via tracking links. The data collected lets us show you who opened, forwarded, unsubscribed, clicked on any links and who reported your email as abuse. Can I save my unopens from my reports?
Starting March 30th, 2016, we no longer allow users to save unopens as a list within Benchmark. This is to prevent abuse by spamming contacts, using the Benchmark Email system. A lot of email recipients do not like to receive the same email twice. However unopens are still important and you can still export unopens as an Excel file, or a Comma Seperated Value (.CSV) file for your own records.
How many lists can I have on Benchmark?
Unfortunately yes there is a limit to the number of lists that you can have in an account. You can only have up to 4,000 lists within your Benchmark Email account, but you can have as many contacts as your plan allows.
