Will segmented lists affect how many subscribers I have?
Segments do not influence your total subscriber count. When you create a segment, you are not creating a new list, you are creating a division of your main list or your contact actions such as bounces or forwards. Think of segments as saved searches. I only have email addresses for our contacts. Can I still upload a contact file?
Yes, you can still upload a contact list file into your account. As long as you have the Email Address of your contacts, you can add them to your contact lists any of the ways our system provides. The Email Address is the only field that your contacts are required to have. All of the other fields are optional, but recommended.
How do I edit a segment?

How do I delete a segment?
If you have created a Segment that you no longer need and don’t want to view it on your Segments list page, you have the option to delete it.
