In addition to being able to edit images in the email editor, you can also edit images from within the image gallery. The image gallery allows you to resize, crop, add stickers or add filters to your images. Does Benchmark Email sell or rent email addresses?
Benchmark Email does not sell or rent lists. We are strictly a permission-based email marketing service. Bought and rented lists are not permission based so not only do we not sell them, we do not take on customers who use them. Your list must be collected in a proper manner to be used with our service. We do not allow our clients to harvest email addresses.
Where can I change the ‘From‘ address on my emails?
To change the From address: After you create an Email, the From Address mentioned in the Account Settings is used. You can change the from address in Describe Step of the Email creation process. To change the default name and email address used in the emails Hover over the Avatar drop down and select Account Settings. Edit the From Name and From Email under the Email Message settings. Click Save
How does customizing my footer affect my campaign results?
Although it looks cluttered or busy in the footer with all the elements showing. Each link does contain a function to help your email. Please note, both the Unsubscribe and the physical mailing address cannot be removed, due to the CAN-SPAM legislation. An example would be the Manage Subscription link. By removing this option, your audience may not be able to edit their subscription, and may unsubscribe on their own.

What about my emails made in the Classic Editor?
Unfortunately emails and templates from the old Classic Editor are incompatible with the new Drag and Drop editor. This is due to many of the functions, features, and code of the new editor, were not available in the old editor. But with the new Drag and Drop editor, all email templates or emails created by you will be mobile friendly, and it's been said that it's easier to use!
How do I view the HTML code?
Not all blocks will allow you to view the HTML code. This is to prevent any mishaps when viewing the email in the inbox, and also on a mobile device. Viewing the HTML code can mostly be done in text blocks or boxes. You will click on the HTML icon in your toolbar and a window will appear with the code for the block.

Resize images from the Drag and Drop Editor
If you have an image, you’d like to use for an email campaign but would want to make alterations to it before using it you can use our Image Editor to crop, add text or change the style. To resize images in the Drag and Drop Editor, you’ll need first to drag and drop an image block or click on the browse for a file option within the image block.
