How To Change Your Account’s Email Address or Login
If you need to change your login information, you may do so by accessing your account settings and then your profile page. While you can manually change your account's email address, you can not change your account's login. The account's email address and login are separate. Before you can start sending emails from your Benchmark account you’ll first need to verify your account’s email address, in a process we call Email Verification. There is no tool provided by Benchmark to convert a sent email to a PDF. However, you can save a copy of your sent email as a PDF. How to Change Your Time Zone
By default, Benchmark sets all accounts to the "Greenwich Mean (+0000) Time Zone," and your campaigns will be scheduled using this timezone. If this isn't a time zone you want to use, don't panic; there is an easy way to change it. There are two places where you can change your time zone, your account settings, and an emails checklist. What are Benchmark Email’s terms and conditions of use?
All users of Benchmark Email are required to agree to our terms and conditions of use before they can begin using their account. Users must also agree to only use opt-in lists by filling out the Permission Confirmation Checklist and be aware of our Anti-Spam policy.
What document formats does Benchmark Email support?
For documents that you upload to insert into your email, Benchmark Email currently support the following file formats: .jpg, .Jpeg .gif .png .zip .doc, .docx .rtf .pdf .xls, .xlsx .txt .odt .ics .csv .ppsx Also, the maximum file size is 5mb as bigger documents may pose deliverability issues.
What Operating Systems Work with Benchmark Email?
Since Benchmark is online and there is no downloading or installing of software, any platform or operating system with a browser is compatible with Benchmark. Operating systems like Windows, Mac, and Linux are compatible as they allow you to use a browser. A browser we strongly recommend using is Firefox, but Chrome works too.
