Benchmark’s Non-Profit Discounts

Benchmark Email offers a 25% discount to registered non-profit organizations.

To apply the non-profit discount, you’ll need to email us a copy of your IRS 501(c) determination letter.

You can email us at Support@benchmarkemail.com.  

Use Subject Line: Non-profit Discount  

Please include the following items in the body of the email.

  • Benchmark Email Username
  • Copy of your IRS 501(c) determination letter

Important If your company is outside the United States, you can provide us with an equivalent type of 501 © document issued by your country.

Once we receive the needed documents, we will set up your account with the non-profit pricing and send you a confirmation email when complete. To ensure your account is set up with the correct discount, please do not purchase a paid plan before we have confirmed your non-profit status. Also, you can combine your Non-profit discount with other Benchmark Discounts available, such as our Semi-Annual 10% discount or the Annual 15% discount.

NOTE: All non-profit discounts will be applied to your account on the next billing cycle and not the current cycle. Once you reach the next billing cycle, the discount will apply to all of your monthly statements automatically.
