How do I Reuse an Email Campaign that I‘ve Already Sent?

At some point you may want to reuse an email campaign that you have created.

To reuse an email campaign:

  1. Log in to your Benchmark account.
  2. On the Dashboard menu, click on Reports. (You will be prompted to the Email Reports page.)
  3. Locate the email you want to reuse and click on the Options icon next to it.
  4. Now click Reuse Email.
  5. On the Reuse Email pop-up page, rename your email and click Save.

From this point, a new draft of your email campaign will be created and opened for editing. You can make changes to this version without affecting the previously sent email campaign. Once you have finished making changes, the sending process is the same as for any normal email campaign.
