Benchmark Email’s Claude integration lets you manage your email marketing in natural language. Instead of navigating your Benchmark dashboard, you can ask Claude to perform actions such as creating emails, viewing email reports, or managing contacts. This article will walk you through connecting Benchmark Email to Claude.
BEFORE GETTING STARTED
Before setting up the integration, make sure you have:
An active Benchmark Email account.
A Claude Pro, Team, or Enterprise plan(Custom connectors are not available on Claude’s Free plan.)
No downloads or software installations are required. The MCP server is hosted remotely.
Connect Benchmark in Claude
The integration begins within your Claude account.
In the chat area, click the + icon and select Add Connectors.
Then select Manage Connectors, then click Add Custom Connector.
Enter the Server name “BenchmarkEmail” and the Remote MCP Server URL.https://mcp.restapi.benchmarkemail.com/mcp).
Then click Add.
On the Connectors page, select Connect next to Benchmark. This will take you to the Benchmark classic login screen.
Enter your Benchmark classic username and password.
Once connected, you can use Claude to manage contacts, create emails, and view campaign reports — all through simple prompts.
The first time you perform certain actions, Claude will request permission to access specific areas of your account, such as emails, contacts, or reports. Click Allow to grant access and continue.
