Knowledge Base Home Email Features How Benchmark Can Help You Be GDPR Compliant & What It Means to Be Forgotten
Benchmark Email can help you stay GDPR compliant and you can keep your peace of mind. We already allow you to remove anyone who may not want to be part of your list, by providing the Unsubscribe option. However, in this case, if someone reaches out to your company and asks to be removed “forgotten” entirely from your database, we can help with the email marketing aspect by deleting them from your Benchmark Email account.
SUGGESTION
When a client says, they would like to be “Forgotten” they are referring to the new GDPR rule, The Right to be Forgotten click here and go to Article 17 to learn more about it.

When contacting our support team inform them that you have a client who would like to be “FORGOTTEN” from your lists. This will mean the recipient will be removed from your Unsubscribed list, as well.
