How Do I Cancel My Benchmark Email Account?

Since we are a month-to-month service, you can cancel your account at any time. Your subscription fee is prepaid, we only require that you cancel before your monthly renewal date or you will be charged your next month’s subscription fee. We do not prorate or refund our service.

To cancel your account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on your Username and select Account Settings. 
  2. Now click on Plan Information.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Clicking Here.
  4. To get started with your cancellation, enter your name and email where prompted.
  5. Click the Start Chat button.How do I cancel my Benchmark Email Account?

A support representative will then be able to assist you to cancel your account. They will process the cancellation and provide you the cancellation confirmation.

If no support representative is available, you will need to fill out your name, last name, email address, and phone number. A support ticket will automatically be generated, and cancellation will be processed, and you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.


Once your plan is canceled, you’ll continue to have access to your Benchmark account and all features until its expiry date. As a precautionary step, we advise you to plan any campaign schedules 12 to 24 hours before the account renews so that your campaign will not halt during the renewal time.
