How do I change the language of the footer text?

General Questions Updated on May 3, 2022

In order to change the language of your footer text, you’ll need to change the language settings for your email messages.  This can be found in your Account settings from your user menu at the top right hand corner.  After you log into your Benchmark email account, follow these instructions here:

    1. Hover above your account name in the top right hand corner
    1. Select Accounts Settings from your options/li>
    2. Scroll down to the Email Message Settings section
    3. Change Language setting to desired language

This will change the language in the header, footer and pages related to subscribe and forward for newly created email – meaning non-editable text areas.

Benchmarkemail will translate the language of the footer text into the following languages:

  • Chinese
  • Chinese Traditional
  • Croatian
  • Czech
  • Danish
  • Dutch
  • English
  • Estonian
  • Finnish
  • French
  • German
  • Greek
  • Hungarian
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Polish
  • Portuguese
  • Russian
  • Slovak
  • Slovenian
  • Spanish
  • Swedish
  • Turkish

NOTE: If you intended to use special languages e.g. Russian (Cyrillic), please send an email to our support team to enable UTF encoding for your emails.
