With WordPress you can email a formatted version of your blog to your subscribers and sign up readers with custom widgets, send and test emails. You can also view reports from inside your WordPress dashboard.
With WordPress you can:
1. Create and customize sign-up forms.
Add a customizable signup form to any WordPress page.
2. Connect your blog to Benchmark.
Your Benchmark contact lists are automatically available when you integrate.
3. Email blog updates to your contacts.
Send email-ready versions of your posts to your subscribers.
4. Get Real-Time Analytics.
Engagement reports will display in your dashboard as soon as you send an email.
Now select the API Key option from the Left or Dropdown menu.
Then copy “Your API Key”
Back on your site:
Click Benchmark Email Lite on the Administration sidebar menu then click Settings.
Check to ensure that your API key is properly configured.
Now you can setup any number of signup form widgets on the Appearance, Widgets Administration page, plus you can save any number of posts and pages to email campaigns right from the post or page editor!
New Manual Installation:
Download the WordPress Plugin.
On the Administration’s sidebar menu select Plugins and click Add New to upload the benchmark-email-lite folder to your WordPress account.
Click on the Upload Plugin button.
Choose the file benchmark-email-lite and click Open, then select Install Now.
Scroll to the big yellow box towards the bottom of the page and copy the API Key code. If the yellow box is missing, click the link to “generate your API key” first.
Back on your site:
Click Benchmark Email Lite on the Administration sidebar menu then click Settings.
Check to ensure that your API key is properly configured.
Now you can setup any number of signup form widgets on the Appearance, Widgets Administration page. You can save any number of posts and pages to email campaigns right from the post or page editor!
