Benchmark Email Domains and IP Addresses to Whitelist in Your Inbox

Delivery Reports Updated on May 3, 2022

If your contacts are not getting your emails, and they’re not showing up as bounces in your email reports, your contact most likely has a filter on their email server or client that is blocking your email. The filters may cause your email to be placed in your contact’s spam or junk folders.

If the filters on your contacts’ email servers are blocking messages sent from our system, the best plan is to make sure that Benchmark Email is whitelisted with that server. When you first start sending your emails, it is a good idea to let your contacts know to whitelist our service as a trusted sender to avoid any blocking issues.

Most email servers can whitelist by domain or IP Address. The domains that need to be whitelisted to better ensure deliverability are:

  • bmesrv.com
  • benchmarkemail.com
  • images.benchmarkemail.com
  • visitor.benchmarkemail.com
  • bmsend.com
  • bme1.net
  • benchurl.com
  • benchurls.com
  • bmetrack.com
  • betest.com

IP addresses to whitelist:

  • 207.8.96.0/23
  • 38.95.104.0/23
  • 38.126.54.0/24
  • 216.4.238.0/24
  • 12.206.206.0/24
  • 12.174.236.0/24
  • 12.110.193.0/25
  • 38.107.205.0/25
  • 216.151.221.128/26

Make sure to separate each IP address with a comma.

Having these domains and IP addresses as trusted senders will help your contacts receive your emails. For other ways to help prevent your emails from landing in spam check out one of the help articles below.
