At Benchmark, we’re on a constant mission to pursue product excellence for our users. Here’s a few of the ways we’ve worked toward that mission over the last 30 days:
- Better, more informative error messages to help users understand why their payment did not process.
- Billing Cycle, Contact Selection Slide and Selectable Plan cards are grouped closer together to make plan selection easier.
- Fixed issue where Permission Agreement was being repeatedly asked during manual copy & pasting of contacts to new lists.
- Fixed issue where recently expired accounts were having trouble reactivating their accounts.
- Fixed issue where certain users had their contacts stall for longer than expected at the delay nodes.
