At Benchmark, we’re on a constant mission to pursue product excellence for our users. Here’s a few of the ways we’ve worked toward that mission over the last 30 days:

UX/UI Improvements

Email

• Updated translations for CN/TW languages in the Image Editor
• Update text when sending an email immediately to reflect our faster new send timing
• Added quick link to edit email design to the dashboard drafts widget
• Made it easier to drop content blocks into empty spaces in Email Editor sections

Contacts

• Improved in-app descriptions for hard & soft bounces in the list cleaning tool

Automation Lite

• Improved process so that copying Automation Lite automations will preserve unique changes in text version of email

APIs

• Added the ability to filter for date ranges in email opens and email click reports

Integrations

• Upgraded Facebook Audiences API from V9 to V10, increasing stability of current Automation Pro features, and allowing exploration of upcoming email campaign features

Settings

• Updated Japan regional office information on billing/invoice pages

Bug Fixes

Email

• Fixed issue where alignment of certain image dimensions could cause them to disappear
• Fixed layout issues for contacts viewing emails campaigns in Outlook on Windows whose DPI settings are greater than 100%

Contacts

• Fixed issue where single opt-in signup forms could not populate more than one list at a time
• Fixed issue where contacts in segments were not sorting by name or date

Automation Pro

• Fixed temporary issue where page links were not tracking
• Fixed layout issue caused by using back button to exit the canvas
• Fixed issue where internal language setting could be lost if user navigates to Automation Pro via URL address (browser shortcut) instead of in-app navigation controls

Dashboard

• Fixed broken images in the reputation health tooltip for Japanese language
