At Benchmark, we’re on a constant mission to pursue product excellence for our users. Here’s a few of the ways we’ve worked toward that mission over the last 30 days:
New Features
Smart Content – Now Supported in More Languages
- The new AI-fueled copywriting tool helps users to write content from scratch or rewrite existing content to avoid writer’s block and create professional marketing content more quickly. Smart Content is available in both free and paid Benchmark Email plans.
- The feature is now available in our French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and German sites.
New Global Help Component
- One location on every page now unifies access to help resources and our new feedback portal.
- Users can now open the Help portal, start a live chat, and report issues in all languages.
- Users can visit the new feedback portal in English.
Help Center
- We redesigned our help center to provide easy-to-find help articles and how-to videos.
- Added goal-oriented categories and subcategories.
- Added quick links to our blog site and Guides and Downloads.
- Improved the help center search in all languages.
- Added new options to chat and email our support team.
UX/UI Improvements
Integrations
- Moved the location of our Google and Shopify integrations to the top of the contact integrations page for quicker access.
Bug Fixes
Chat Tool
- Fixed an issue where the chat prompts for Traditional and Simplified Chinese were switched.

- Fixed an issue where the report overview page incorrectly displayed the complaint rate percentage.
Email Code Editor
- Fixed temporary display issues with the Preview, Test, and Save buttons.
- Fixed a temporary issue where some users could not remove/customize subscription links.
Plain Text Email Editor
- Fixed temporary display issues with the Preview, Test, and Save buttons.
Automations
- Fixed an issue where some users had delays in newly activated automations.
- Fixed an issue where toggling the permission reminder on/off could reset custom footer text in the associated email in the Send Email node.
