When I print my email, the background design and colors do not appear. How do I fix this?
You may need to enable the option to print the background images and colors if they are not automatically printing. Usually this option is turned off by default to conserve printer ink. Depending on the browser you are using, the fonts may appear differently when printed. What browsers work with Benchmark Email?
Benchmark Email is a browser-based service. There is no software to install, so it works on both Mac and PC. Really all you need is a modern browser. Benchmark Email supports the following web browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 or IE10 or IE11 Mozilla Firefox (Mac or PC) Safari 5.0 Google Chrome Note: Benchmark Email is not currently compatible with mobile browsers such as Safari for iPhone or iPad.
