Create Drag & Drop Editor Email Marketing Updated on January 10, 2020

While you can’t have attachments in email campaigns, you most certainly can add a document to your email, and this is quickly done using our Document Gallery. The document is added as a link in the email, and not an attachment. Attachments are not allowed in emails as firewalls and security software can prevent a bulk email from being successfully sent with an attachment, Click Here to learn more.

Please note that our Document Gallery lives within the Drag and Drop Editor, and can only be accessed through an email campaign.

To upload files to your Document Library and link to them in your Emails, please follow the steps listed below:

For this example, we are using an already created email. Same steps apply when creating a new email.

  1. Go to Emails, and select an email campaign.
  2. Continue until you get to the Drag & Drop editor.
  3. Open any block that allows text, and highlight the text you want recipients to click on.
  4. Then, click on the paper clip button in the top toolbar. Or if you are using a Button, click on the Link option, then click on Attach a File.
  5. Drop a new file or click on browse for file.
  6. Next, select Insert on the file you want to add.
  7. Select Save & Close when done.

Maximum size file is 5MB

Supported file types:

By uploading a document to your account, you agree that you have the right to use and reproduce the document and that it does not include prohibited content.
