How do I add cell padding or a divider into my email?

Templates & Editor Updated on September 8, 2011

Adding cell padding into a block will separate the content from the borders of the block. Also, adding divider to a block can separate one block from another.

To add cell padding or spacing within a block: 1. Go to the block where you wish to add the cell padding. 2. On the left panel, click on the tab CONTAINER (the position of the padding bars in the panel container could change, make sure to scroll down in the panel). 3. Set your Horizontal and Vertical Padding by moving the green circles as needed. 4. Click on Save & Close on the block menu. 5. Always make sure to Save. To add a divider:

1. Go to Blocks tab 2. Drag & Drop the divider icon to the place where you want it (A green block will appear with the text: Drop Here). 3. Your divider will be shown by default as a gray line, however you can modify the divider as you wish. On the left panel, choose your Background color: you can type your hex color code, pick a color, or do not use color. Set Margin Top / Buttom and the Left and Right Padding. If you want, define Line Style or none. 4. Click on Save & Close on the block menu.
