How do I integrate Formstack with my Benchmark account?

With our Formstack integration, you can automatically add contacts from your forms to a Benchmark list. Create and automate customer journeys from the moment a contact is added to your list.

To integrate, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Benchmark account.
  2. Click on your Username and select Integrations.  integrate Formstack with my Benchmark account 
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Get Started.
  4. Select the Formstack integration.
  5. Click on the Connect button.
  6. Enter your Formstack email and password where prompted and click Log Into Formstack.
  7. Grant access to Benchmark by clicking Authorize.
  8. Select the form from which you would like to import contacts and the list (or create a new one) to which you would like to add them and click Save & Next.  integrate Formstack with my Benchmark account
  9. Map Formstack fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark list, select Save & Next.

You have successfully integrated with Formstack!

Your Benchmark account has successfully integrated with Formstack! You can click on Go to my Lists to view your Formstack list or Import Another if you would like to import another list.

This integration is available free with every Benchmark Email account.

The final number of imported contacts may be less than the projected number due to the filtering of certain emails. Benchmark Email removes role-based emails, duplicates, unsubscribes and blocked domains. Click Here to learn more.

Note: Since this integration offers a one-time import if you need to import more contacts at a later time, you will have to repeat the steps above. However, when you go to import again, you can choose the previous connection or create a new one.
