How do I integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM?

Contact Lists Importing / Exporting Updated on June 3, 2019

Dynamics CRM is a CRM tool developed by Microsoft.  CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management and is a type of tool used in many businesses, including ours.  Since it is a system used to store customers, it would make sense to market or at least make it easier to move contacts. This integration syncs your Microsoft Dynamics CRM contacts to your Benchmark account.

Here is how to integrate with Dynamics CRM

  1. Log in to your Benchmark Account.
  2. Hover above your name at the top right of the page.
  3. Select Integrations from your User Menu.
  4. Scroll down and select Get Started at the very bottom of the page.
  5. Choose Dynamics 365
  6. Input your Service UR (Ex. https://your-site.dynamics.com). The service URL can be found in your Dynamics account, see the example below.
  7. Click the Connect button.
  8. Map the fields accordingly to match fields in Benchmark Email
  9. Click Save

The final number of imported contacts may be less than the projected number due to the filtering of certain emails. Benchmark Email removes role-based emails, duplicates, unsubscribes and blocked domains. Click Here to learn more.

Note: Since this integration offers a one-time import if you need to import more contacts at a later time, you will have to repeat the steps above. However, when you go to import again, you can choose the previous connection or create a new one.

If you have any questions regarding your unsubscribes, feel free to contact our support team via Email, LiveChat or by phone.
