How do you use SurveyMonkey with Benchmark Email?

To use SurveyMonkey with Benchmark Email, you must use specific templates created for SurveyMonkey. Essentially, you create and review the survey on SurveyMonkey, but you would use Benchmark Email to send the invitation to take said survey. Here’s how:

Please first integrate SurveyMonkey first.

• After integrating with SurveyMonkey, click on Create Email (regular email)
• Choose the Drag and Drop editor to use
• Complete the Email Describe and List steps
• In the Editor Step, click Templates to view templates
• Filter for Integrations, and select SurveyMonkey
• Select desired template

You must select a SurveyMonkey template to use. These templates are customizable much like all our other templates; however, please do NOT remove/delete the button.
