Is a physical address required for accounts that are located outside of the U.S.?
In addition to a physical address being a U.S. law, it is Benchmark Email’s policy
that all campaigns sent include a physical address. This is considered good email marketing practice and will help reduce possible spam complaints, as well as comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003
