Is it OK for me to email contacts from my business associate’s list?
There is no clear-cut answer to this question. If the subscribers opted-in to receive correspondence from your business as a whole and you are emailing on behalf of your business, then yes it would be OK for you to use the list. However, if the subscribers on the list only gave permission to the associate himself/herself and not to the overall business, then it would not be OK for you to use the list.
