iPhone App – What type of scheduling options do I have for my email campaigns?
There are three scheduling options. You have the ability to “Send Immediately,” which will send the campaign out as soon as possible; you can schedule a future time and date for your email to be delivered; and you can save your email as a draft.

How can I add a question to my survey?
If a survey is still in the inactive status, you will be able to add questions to it. Adding a question to your survey draft: Click on the Survey name. You will jump to the Survey Details page. Note: The survey needs to be in the Inactive status. Click on "Step 1 Questions". At the end of the Questions list you can find the "ADD QUESTIONS" button. Click on that

Can I cancel an email that is a “Resend” or “Quicksend”?
Once an email is in the process of sending, you cannot stop it from going out. However, if your email is scheduled to send at a future day and time, you can cancel it. Canceling a Scheduled Email: Click on the Emails tab. Click on the name of the email you wish to cancel. Note: The status should say "Scheduled" if it is for a future time. Click on Step
