BenchmarkアカウントとLiveChatを連携させるには

LiveChatはオンラインのチャットサポートツールを提供する会社です。BenchmarkのLiveChat連携でチャット利用者をメールマーケティングリストへ追加し、大切な顧客やリードへのフォローアップが簡単にできる様になりました。またチャットを利用した人の情報を自動でBenchmarkリストへアップロードすることも可能です。 連携を行うには、以下のステップに従ってください: Benchmarkアカウントにログイン ユーザー名をクリックして連携を選択 ページ下部のその他サービス連携をクリック LiveChat連携オプションを選択 LiveChat API キーとユーザー名を入力。LiveChatのAPIキー取得方法は次のステップをご確認ください。 LiveChatアカウントにログイン ダッシュボードからAgentsタブをクリック Agentリストからご自身を選択 APIキーの隣のRevealをクリック 注:Revealテキストオプションを選択するとAPIが自動で表示されます。 Benchmarkアカウントに戻り、LiveChat APIキーのボックスにAPIキーを入力。LiveChatユーザー名も入力したら保存&次へをクリック。 コンタクト登録先となるリストを選択あるいは作成し、保存&次へをクリック Benchmarkリストのフィールド項目に従ってLiveChatフィールド項目を設定 保存&次へをクリック これでBenchmarkアカウントとLiveChatの連携が完了しました! フィルタリングにより最終的にアップロードされるコンタクト数はファイルに含まれるコンタクト数より少なくなる場合があります。Benchmarkではグループアドレス、重複アドレス、配信停止アドレス、ブロックドメインアドレスを省いて登録を行っています。詳細はこちらをご確認ください。 注意:この同期を行うことにより、一回限りのインポートが可能です。今後更にコンタクトリストをインポートする必要がある場合、上記のステップを再度行っていただく必要があります。ただし、再度インポートを行う場合、以前の接続を選択するか、新しく接続することが可能です。 連携によりLiveChatのエージェント情報が登録されます。チャット利用者の情報をインポートしたい場合にはこちらの詳細をご確認ください。 ご不明点がありましたらサポートまでお気軽にご連絡ください。

How do I integrate Acuity Scheduling with Benchmark?

With our Acuity Scheduling integration, you can automatically add contacts to a Benchmark list. Create and automate customer journeys from the moment an appointment is made and a contact is added to your list. Please follow the steps below to integrate: Log in to your Benchmark account.
 Click on your username and select Integrations. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Get Started.
 Go to the Acuity Scheduling integration option.
 Note: You must have an Acuity Scheduling account with a Powerhouse Player plan to be able to set up this integration. Log in to your Acuity Scheduling account on their website. Go to the Business Settings in the left-hand menu and select Integrations. Scroll down to the API tab, under the API option click View Credentials. 
 A pop-up will appear on the top right-hand side of the page. Copy & paste the User ID into the Username section in your Benchmark account and the API Key into the Password section where prompted. Select the list (or create a new one) to which you would like to add contacts and click Save & Next.
 Map Acuity Scheduling fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark list. Click Save & Next.
 The final number of imported contacts may be less than the projected number due to the filtering of certain emails. Benchmark Email removes role-based emails, duplicates, unsubscribes and blocked domains. Click Here to learn more. Note: Since this integration offers a one-time import if you need to import more contacts at a later time, you will have to repeat the steps above. However, when you go to import again, you can choose the previous connection or create a new one. BenchmarkをEtsyと連携させる方法は?

Benchmarkアカウントを使って、Etsyストアの商品情報をシェアできるようになりました。アカウントの連携方法は下記手順に従ってください。  Benchmarkアカウントにログインします。 ダッシュボードメニューから「メール」を選択します。 「メール作成」ボタンをクリックします。 「通常メール配信」を選択し、「次へ」をクリックします。 「ドラッグ&ドロップ形式」を選択し、「次へ」をクリックします。 ステップ1の詳細ページを入力します。 ステップ2で配信先リストを選択します。 テンプレートを選択します。 フィルターから連携>Etsyを選択します。 表示されるEtsy連携テンプレートから選択します。  Etsyとの連携ポップアップ画面で、インポートしたい商品情報を含むショップ名を入力します。 「接続」をクリックします。 ステップ3エディターの入力を完了し、「保存&次へ」をクリックします。 ステップ4配信設定を入力します。 注意:アカウントのAPI/連携ページでもEtsyストアとの連携、切断が可能です。 切断方法: ページ右上のユーザ名から「API/連携」を選択します。 詳細オプション (ICON HERE) アイコンをクリックし、「切断」を選択します。 他にご不明な点がございましたら、お気軽にメールまたはお電話にてサポートチームまでお問い合わせください。

How Do I Import My List from Highrise CRM?

Highrise is a customer management online service for business of all types. Highrise helps you connect with your customers and build better engagement. With this integration, you can add contacts from your Highrise CRM account into a new or existing Benchmark list. To integrate, follow these steps: Log in to your Benchmark account. Click on Contacts, from the Dashboard menu. Select Create New List. Choose the Regular List option and click Next. Select Import From A Service option, then click Next. On the Third-Party Integration page, scroll to the bottom and select the Highrise integration option. You will access the Connect to Highrise page. Leave this page open, you will need it to input your Subdomain and Highrise Api Key. Log in to your Highrise account. Let’s locate your Subdomain. Your Subdomain is what shows before the ".highrisehq.com" when accessing your account from the web. For example, this account: https://demo.highrisehq.com The Subdomain is demo. Copy your Subdomain and paste it on your Benchmark account on the Connect to Highrise page. On your Highrise account, click on Account and Settings from the bar menu at the top-right of the Home page. Select My Info. On the menu bar, select the Integrations tab. Below Authentication token, you will find your Highrise API Key. Copy the API Key. Copy your Highrise API Key and paste it on your Benchmark account on the Connect to Highrise page. Click Save & Next. Select the list (or create a new one) to which you would like to add contacts and click Save & Next. Map Highrise fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark list. Click on Go to My Lists to view your list or Import Another to import another list. You’ve successfully integrated Benchmark with Highrise! The final number of imported contacts may be less than the projected number due to the filtering of certain emails. How do I connect Convert Pro plugin with Benchmark Email?

With the Convert Pro integration, you can use the advanced conversion techniques of Convert Pro to capture leads and later save them in your Benchmark Email list. Send automated follow-ups from the moment they submit their information. Available free with every Benchmark account. Please note: As this is an integration built by Convert Pro & Convert Plus, the process to integrate will begin within Wordpress.com. Once logged in to your WordPress Admin account: Install the Convert Pro Connects Addon, click Here for instructions. 
 On your WordPress Admin Dashboard, hover over Convert Pro and click on Dashboard. Click on the Create New button to create and design a call-to-action.
 Select a Call-to-action Type.
 Choose a template.
 On the pop-up provided, name your Call-To-Action and click on the Create button.   Set up your call to action and in Step 3 Connect select Benchmark Email.   Authenticate your account.
 Select a Benchmark Email list you wish to integrate with and click Next.
 Map Convert Pro fields with those in your Benchmark Email list.  
 Click Save.   Lastly, click on the Make Public option on the top right of your screen. 
 Your Integration is now live and ready to be used! Note: If you have more than one field, you will be taken to another step where you will  be asked to map the fields in your Convert Pro form with those in the Benchmark Email list. How do I integrate my vCita account with Benchmark Email?

With our vCita integration, you can automatically add your customers and leads who have engaged with you via the vCita platform to a Benchmark Email list. Create and automate customer journeys from the moment a contact is added to your list. Before integrating, please make sure you have a premium or higher account with vCita. Log into your Benchmark account, select Integrations from your Username. Then select the vCita integration option. Add your vCita API Key
 - Steps to get API Key from vCita Login to your vCita account on their website. Select Settings in the left-hand menu. Click on Integrations. Then use either Zapier or Webhooks API Key (they are the same) Go back to your Benchmark account and paste in your vCita API Key. Then click on Save and Next
 You will now need to select or create the list you want your contacts imported to. Click Save and Next
 Now map your List fields accordingly, when done click Save and Next 
 Your contacts will now be imported. Please allow a few minutes to see all of your contacts in the assigned list. Note: Since this is a one-time integration if you need to import more contacts at a later time, you will have to repeat the process. However, when you go to integrate again, you can choose the previous connection or create a new one. How do I integrate Cratejoy with Benchmark?

If you are using Cratejoy to sell your subscription boxes, what better way to engage with your subscribers than by using our Cratejoy and Benchmark Integration. This integration will push new clients from your Cratejoy account to your Benchmark account, never missing a second to engage. To integrate please follow the steps below: Log in to your Benchmark account. 
 Click on your Username and select Integrations. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Get Started. 
 Select the Cratejoy integration option. Benchmark will now ask for the following information:1.    User ID 2.    Secret KeyNote: To access your Client ID and Secret Key, you will need to create a Merchant Test Account. When done, contact CrateJoy’s support team by email (support@cratejoy.com) and provide them your Store Name and ask for access to your Client ID and Secret Key. Now, back in Benchmark enter your Client ID and Secret Key where prompted and click Save & Next. Select the list (or create a new one) to which you would like to add contacts  to.  Click Save & Next. Map Cratejoy fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark list. Click Save & Next. How do I integrate QuickEmailVerification with Benchmark?

With our QuickEmailVerification integration you will be able to verify email addresses in your Benchmark contact list. This email verification will remove incorrect, invalid or unsafe email addresses from your list. With a cleaned email list, you’ll see a greatly improved email deliverability, practically zero hard bounces and much better campaign performance and ROI. To integrate please follow the step below: Log in to your QuickEmailVerification account.
 Click Upload Email List on the top-right of the page. 
 On the pop-up, choose Import From ESP.
 Now select Import From Benchmark.   Enter your Benchmark API Key where prompted then click Connect. (Click Here if you need help locating your Benchmark API).
   Select a list you want to verify from the drop-down menu and click Import.   From your QuickEmailVerification panel, under Verification Jobs, click Start next to the list you have chosen to verify.   Once the verification process is completed, you’ll receive an email from QuickEmailVerification telling you the list is ready.
 On the QuickEmailVerification panel, under Verification Jobs, click Download and select Export Results to Benchmark. 
 The pop-up page will offer you various choices as to what kind of addresses you’d like to retain in the new contact list in Benchmark (your original list will not reflect these changes). For your convenience, the default settings are set to the optimum so you won't have the need to make changes. However, feel free to make the changes that best fit your need. 
 Click Export. 
 Select Yes Proceed to continue the export process.   After the export process is completed, you’ll receive an email from QuickEmailVerification saying your list has been created.
