ZohoとBenchmark Emailを連携する方法は?

Zoho側のアップデートにより現在Zohoとの連携機能は提供中止となっております。 Zohoのコンタクトの登録には .XLS、.XLSX形式ファイルでのアップロードを行ってください。アップロード方法の詳細についてはこちら   Zohoはお客様のデータを管理できるソフトウェアです。連携する事でZohoコンタクトをBenchmark Emailアカウントにインポートでき、メールマーケティングのつながり(関係)を最適化します。 コンタクトは選択されたメールアドレスに送付され、迅速にBenchmark Emailアカウントに設定する事が可能です。 ZohoをBenchmark Emailアカウントと連携させるには以下ステップをご確認ください: 1. Benchmark Emailアカウントにログイン 2. ページ右上に表示されるお名前より「連携」を選択 3. 「サービス連携一覧」ボタンをクリック 4. 一覧から「Zoho」をクリック 5. アクセストークンを入力してください。アクセストークンについてはこちらをクリック 6. 次にBenchmark Emailリストを選択するか新規作成し、「保存&次へ」をクリック 7. How do I integrate my Benchmark account with Contactually?

Contactually offers built-in integrations. It uses email to identify new leads for users through targeted questions. The system then passes the response and automatically pushes all data to a CRM. With our Contactually integration, you can automatically add contacts to a Benchmark Email list. Create and automate customer automations from the moment a contact is added to your list. Follow the steps below to integrate: Log into your Benchmark account. 
 Select Integrations from the username located at the top-right of the page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Get Started. 
 Select the Contactually integration. Now connect to Contactually by clicking on the logo. Enter your login information for your Contactually account. Select the list (or create a new one) to which you would like to add your contacts to and click Save & Next. Map Contactually Fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark Email list. Click Save & Next. 
 Last, select Go to My Lists to view your list. You’ve successfully integrated Benchmark with Contactually! The final number of imported contacts may be less than the projected number due to the filtering of certain emails. Benchmark Email removes role-based emails, duplicates, unsubscribes and blocked domains. Click Here to learn more. Note: Since this integration offers a one-time import if you need to import more contacts at a later time, you will have to repeat the steps above. However, when you go to import again, you can choose the previous connection or create a new one. How do I integrate my Benchmark account with Freshdesk?

Freshdesk is an online cloud-based customer service software providing helpdesk support with all smart automations to get things done faster. With our Freshdesk integration, you can automatically add the customers you support via Freshdesk to your Benchmark list(s). Please follow these steps to integrate your accounts: Log into your Benchmark account.
 Select Integrations from your user menu located at the top-right of the page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Get Started. 
 Go to the Freshdesk integration option. Connect to Freshdesk by entering your Subdomain, Username and Password. Now, click Save & Next. Select a Benchmark list, or create a new one. Select and map the fields you want to be updated. You can view your list by selecting View my Lists. Integrating Benchmark with Freshdesk helps you enhance and simplify your tasks. The final number of imported contacts may be less than the projected number due to the filtering of certain emails. Loja Integrada Integration

Our Loja Integrada integration will enable you to easily import your Loja customers into a list in your Benchmark account. The integration is quick and straightforward, push your Loja customers to your Benchmark lists as needed. Note: To integrate with Loja Integrada, you must have a Loja Integrada PRO Plan. Please follow the steps below to integrate: Log into your Benchmark account. Click on your Username and select Integrations. Scroll to the bottom and click Get Started. Select Loja integration. Login to your Loja account and copy your API Key and Application Key. Click Here to learn how to retrieve your API Key and Application Key. Enter your Loja  API Key and Application Key where prompted. Click Save & Next. Choose a list or create a new one to add your Loja contacts to and click Save & Next. Map your fields according to your Loja fields. Click Save & Next. You are done! Your Benchmark account is now integrated with Loja Integrada! The final number of imported contacts may be less than the projected number due to the filtering of certain emails. How Do I Import My List from Highrise CRM?

Highrise is a customer management online service for business of all types. Highrise helps you connect with your customers and build better engagement. With this integration, you can add contacts from your Highrise CRM account into a new or existing Benchmark list. To integrate, follow these steps: Log in to your Benchmark account. Click on Contacts, from the Dashboard menu. Select Create New List. Choose the Regular List option and click Next. Select Import From A Service option, then click Next. On the Third-Party Integration page, scroll to the bottom and select the Highrise integration option. You will access the Connect to Highrise page. Leave this page open, you will need it to input your Subdomain and Highrise Api Key. Log in to your Highrise account. Let’s locate your Subdomain. Your Subdomain is what shows before the ".highrisehq.com" when accessing your account from the web. For example, this account: https://demo.highrisehq.com The Subdomain is demo. Copy your Subdomain and paste it on your Benchmark account on the Connect to Highrise page. On your Highrise account, click on Account and Settings from the bar menu at the top-right of the Home page. Select My Info. On the menu bar, select the Integrations tab. Below Authentication token, you will find your Highrise API Key. Copy the API Key. Copy your Highrise API Key and paste it on your Benchmark account on the Connect to Highrise page. Click Save & Next. Select the list (or create a new one) to which you would like to add contacts and click Save & Next. Map Highrise fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark list. Click on Go to My Lists to view your list or Import Another to import another list. You’ve successfully integrated Benchmark with Highrise! How do I integrate Chargify with Benchmark?

With our Chargify integration, you can automatically add your customers paying via Chargify to a Benchmark list. Keep your customers in the purchase cycle using automation. Available free with every Benchmark account. Kindly follow the steps below to integrate: Log in to your Benchmark account.
 Select Integations from your Username. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Get Started. 
 Go to the Chargify integration option. Log in to your Chargify account on their website. Locate and copy your Subdomain. (Your Subdomain is what comes before ‘chargify.com’ in the URL once logged in) Select the Integrations tab from the top menu. Click on the New API v1 Key button. Copy the API Key given. Back in your Benchmark Account: Enter the Subdomain and Chargify API Key in your Benchmark account Select the list (or create a new one) to which you would like to add contacts and click Save & Next
 Map Chargify Fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark list Click Save & Next.

How do I integrate Benchmark with Recurly?

Recurly is an online billing management platform. With our Recurly integration, you can automatically add the customers and leads who have processed recurring payments to a Benchmark list. When a contact is added to your list, you can create and automate a journey. To integrate your Benchmark account with Recurly please, follow these steps to integrate: Log in to your Benchmark account. 
 Select Integrations from your username at the top-right of the page.
 Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Get Started. Select the Recurly integration option. Log in to your Recurly account on their website. On the Dropdown menu select Configuration and click on Site Settings. Copy your Recurly Subdomain on the Site Settings page. Now, paste it into your Benchmark account under Subdomain.   Back in your Recurly account, select Integrations from the drop-down menu and click on API Credentials.   Copy the Private API Key.   In your Benchmark account paste it where prompted then click Save & Next.   Select the list (or create a new one) to which you would like to add contacts and click Save & Next. Map Recurly Fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark list. Click Save & Next.   Click on Go to My Lists to view your list or Import Another to import another list. Now that you’ve successfully integrated Benchmark with Recurly, you can begin managing your recurring payments through your Benchmark list(s).
