UX/UI Improvements

Email

• Increased the size of the personal message box for test emails
• Enabled line break recognition in the personal message box for test emails
• Improved the organization of the Image Block controls to separate content (image options) actions from container actions
• Various regional translation improvements

Contacts

• Improved consistency on contact score for emails sent by Automation Pro

Automation Pro

• Enabled live thumbnails for sent emails in Automation Pro summary report
• Added save reminders to automations to prevent users from losing campaign nodes when exiting the page without saving

Integrations

• Updated Zapier integration to newer, faster, better performing APIs (v2.0)
• Launched New Zapier Actions:
  • unsubscribe contact from Benchmark Email list
  • update contact on a Benchmark Email list

Bug fixes

Email

• Improved the mobile responsiveness of the mobile email preview
• Improved large image display on mobile devices
• Restored missing Emojis in the email archives

• Restored and relaunched eBay email template integration

Contacts

• Fixed temporary issue where some users could not upload contacts CSV files to lists

Contact Integrations

• Fixed temporary issue causing slow load times on the integrations page loaded slowly
• Restored and relaunched Pipedrive contact integration
• Restored and relaunched JotForm contact integration
• Restored and relaunched LiveChat contact integration
• Fixed issue where Shopify integration was triggering multiple approval notification emails

Automation Pro

• Fixed temporary issue where some users could not create new emails from the Automation Pro canvas
• Fixed the Facebook Business integration for Automation Pro users
• Addressed issue where users could disconnect Facebook Audience while live nodes were used in an automation
• Fixed issue where multiple conditions node did not filter as expected

Landing Pages

• Fixed temporary issue where some users could not create new landing pages

Surveys & Polls

• Fixed issue where some users in China could not activate or close surveys

APIs

• Enabled API examples on API documentation pages
