Contact List Not Uploading
If you are experiencing problems uploading your contact list to your Benchmark Email account, it could be due to several things. Using the wrong file type, invalid format, and even size can cause the list to fail to upload. Keep in mind, that if your list is not approved this too will prevent you from uploading your list. Will Benchmark delete bounced addresses from my Contact List?
In case the same contact has hard bounced in three consecutive campaigns, Benchmark email automatically flags the contact as a "Confirmed Bounce". I have partnered with a company that has an existing list. Can I email their list about my product/service?
You may not email that list if you are going to be representing yourself and your products/services. In order to utilize Benchmark Email services, the lists you want to use need to have given you permission to contact them. How do I re-subscribe a contact who opted out or was accidentally removed?
If a contact has selected the "Do No Contact" option, you cannot add them to any of your lists. To re-subscribe, the contact must opt to subscribe again. When a contact is removed from your list, they are placed on Benchmark's "Master Unsubscribe List." This list forbids the user from being contacted again. The user is welcome to re-subscribe to your list if they so choose, but they must follow
