When I print my email, the background design and colors do not appear. How do I fix this?
You may need to enable the option to print the background images and colors if they are not automatically printing. Usually this option is turned off by default to conserve printer ink. Depending on the browser you are using, the fonts may appear differently when printed. Can I Manage Multiple User Accounts in Benchmark?
If you want to manage multiple user accounts in Benchmark, you can use our Sub-account feature. This feature will allow you to create sub-accounts that can be managed directly from the master account. Sub-accounts have access to all of the Benchmark paid features, with the exception of billing, a sub-account cannot modify the master account's paid plan.
