How do I create a Survey Invitation Email?
On the last step of the survey creation process you can find the three options below: Get Survey Link & Place on My Website. Send Survey via Email. Store as Inactive and Edit Later. Select the "Send Survey via Email" option and complete the steps provided to send an invitation email to your desired email list.

Why does my survey not show any results?
There could be a couple of different reasons why a survey is not recording any results: Only surveys that are LIVE will collect results. Surveys that are inactive or closed will not show results. The survey link was not provided to potential participants (either via email or on your webpage). The URL for the survey was copied incorrectly.
