Master Unsubscribe List
When recipients unsubscribe from your email, our system automatically filters them out from your list’s and adds them to your account’s Master Unsubscribe List. Contacts in the Master Unsubscribe list cannot be removed from the list. They became inactive contacts, and from that point forward, our system will not send emails to them again. Because we are compliant with the Can-Spam Act, we ensure every email sent contains an unsubscribe

What happens with unsubscribe requests?
When customers unsubscribe to your email, our system automatically filters them out from your send list and puts them in a master unsubscribe list. Why is there an error when I click on unsubscribe?
There are a few reasons why clicking on the unsubscribe link can result in an error message. Your email program modified the link. Your email program blocked the link. Your firewall settings modified the link. When a link is modified or blocked by either your email program or firewall, the unsubscribe request will result in an error because we will not have your correct information to unsubscribe you.

Why is a contact still receiving my emails even though they have opted-out?
When a contact selects the "unsubscribe" link in your email, they are directed to the "Manage Subscription" page. This is where they will uncheck all boxes for any list they may be on.
