Someone who signed up for my event is now canceling. How do I refund a ticket/order?
To refund a ticket order, it is the responsibility of the Event Host/Organizer to provide a refund to any purchaser at their discretion. However the event webpage must explicitly state that there are no refunds. Purchasers If you are a purchaser, please visit the event webpage and check to see for any statements regarding refunds. How do I cancel or deactivate an Event?
To cancel or deactivate your Event, please use the following instructions: Log into your Benchmark account at www.Benchmarkevents.com Click on the existing event you wish to cancel or deactivate Click Close Now at the top right or within the Registration Stats window OR Upon clicking the Close Now link, a pop-up will ask you to confirm that you wish to Close Registration for your Event.
