How can I add a “Forward to a Friend” link?

The make up of a forward-to-a-friend link is this: [Forward:Click Here]. For example, you could place something like this in your template:   [Forward:Click Here] to forward this email to a friend Note: The [Forward:] link itself won't work until you send an email campaign to your list.
