Will I be able to reactivate my automation?
Unfortunately in Automation Pro, you will not be able to reactivate your automation. This is due to the complex nature of automations, combined with website tracking. When automations are terminated, subscribers will lose their place in the automation and by reactivating it, we run the risk of spamming subscribers.

First from the Dashboard, click on Contacts or Lists to go to the Contact List Dashboard. Then on the Contact List Dashboard, you can either Create a New List, or Add to an Existing List On the Add Contacts menu, select Import Contacts from a File Then you'll look towards the bottom and select Click here to import contacts from integrations Click on the ZenDesk option, then enter your Zendesk

How Does the Zoho Integration Work with Benchmark Email?
Click on the Contacts menu and then select the desired list from under Contact List Name. In the Contact List Activities box, click the "Add Contacts" link. Select the first option, "Import Contacts from a File," and click the SAVE & ADD CONTACTS button. In Step 2: Upload File, click on the "Click here" link. This will reveal the options for uploading contacts from web based email clients and programs.
