How do I use Quicksend to resend an email?
The Quicksend feature allows you to resend a previous email campaign (created in the last 60 days) to individual contacts that you choose from other lists. To send a previously sent email campaign to individual contacts with Quicksend, use the following steps: Click on the Contacts tab. Find the list that contains the contacts you wish to Quicksend to. Will Benchmark delete bounced addresses from my Contact List?
In case the same contact has hard bounced in three consecutive campaigns, Benchmark email automatically flags the contact as a "Confirmed Bounce". A "Confirmed Bounce" contact will be excluded from your active contact count, and will not be sent any email, if the contact list is selected again. How do I export bounced email addresses?
You can export bounced email addresses for your own personal records from the Report section of your account. To export, please follow the steps below: Log in to your Benchmark account. Select Reports from the Dashboard menu. By default, the system will prompt you to the Email Reports page. Click on the name of the email you want to use. What are the limitations of Quicksend?
Quicksend is a convenient tool for resending email campaigns to individual contacts, but there are small limitations to the service. See below: Quicksend resends the entire email campaign, which means no edits can be made to its content. Quicksend can't resend email campaigns that are more than 60 days old. Quicksend reports are not shown separate from the original email report. The results are included with the initial report.
