Yes, you can update emails in active automations! If you need to go back and change an image or update a link, you can do it without having to deactivate your automation or creating a new email. To learn how to update an email in active automations see, instructions below. Go the Automation you wish to edit. Then select the email action. Click on the option you want to edit.

Can I embed an audio file into my email campaign?
You cannot include the audio file as an attachment. Benchmark Email does not allow audio files to be embedded because many email clients will strip out streaming audio and video. This is a security setting that varies for different ISPs, but most of them will simply not allow audio attachments. If it is a must for you to embed audio files, then we suggest that you host the file elsewhere
