What happens with unsubscribe requests?
When customers unsubscribe to your email, our system automatically filters them out from your send list and puts them in a master unsubscribe list. From that point forward, you cannot email them again. However, we recommend checking all emails from customers after you've sent out a campaign. Why is there an error when I click on unsubscribe?
There are a few reasons why clicking on the unsubscribe link can result in an error message. Your email program modified the link. Your email program blocked the link. Your firewall settings modified the link. When a link is modified or blocked by either your email program or firewall, the unsubscribe request will result in an error because we will not have your correct information to unsubscribe you.

How do I re-subscribe a contact who opted out or was accidentally removed?
If a contact has selected the "Do No Contact" option, you cannot add them to any of your lists. To re-subscribe, the contact must opt to subscribe again.
