Someone who signed up for my event is now canceling. How do I refund a ticket/order?
To refund a ticket order, it is the responsibility of the Event Host/Organizer to provide a refund to any purchaser at their discretion. Why does my survey not show any results?
There could be a couple of different reasons why a survey is not recording any results: Only surveys that are LIVE will collect results. Surveys that are inactive or closed will not show results.
