What are complaints and how does Benchmark resolve them?

Is a major ISP blocking your emails?
If a major ISP (like AOL, or MSN/Hotmail, Yahoo! or AOL) is blocking your emails, this is actually not that unusual. The major ISPs usually block emails temporarily and then remove the servers from the blacklist within a day or two.
