You may not email that list if you are going to be representing yourself and your products/services. In order to utilize Benchmark Email services, the lists you want to use need to have given you permission to contact them. Is it OK for me to email contacts from my business associate’s list?
There is no clear-cut answer to this question. If the subscribers opted-in to receive correspondence from your business as a whole and you are emailing on behalf of your business, then yes it would be OK for you to use the list. However, if the subscribers on the list only gave permission to the associate himself/herself and not to the overall business, then it would not be OK for you

What content is picked for my RSS Email Campaigns?
If your RSS Email Campaign is scheduled to be sent every day, the Feeds that have been added in the previous 24 hours will be sent. For Weekly RSS Email Campaign, the feeds for the past 7 days would be sent. Similarly for monthly RSS Email Campaigns, the feeds for the past month will not be sent. If no new feeds are found, the email campaign is not sent out.
