Points to consider before deleting emails: If you are deleting Sent emails, those emails will be removed from the Archive Community. Why does my email look good in Outlook, but not in other email programs?
Microsoft Outlook tends to display emails correctly in most cases, overlooking design and other issues. For this reason, don't use Outlook as your standard when testing emails. Test your campaigns with other email clients, such as Yahoo! Gmail, AOL and more, just to verify how it would appear when sent to recipients using these email clients.
