How many lists can I have on Benchmark?
Unfortunately yes there is a limit to the number of lists that you can have in an account. You can only have up to 4,000 lists within your Benchmark Email account, but you can have as many contacts as your plan allows. If you have sub-accounts, each sub-account and master account can each individually support 4,000 lists. Remember it is not the quantity of contacts and lists, but quality

Does the Free Trial have any limits?
Under the free trial you have full access to the design, list management, campaign tracking and set-up tools. The only limitation is that you are limited to sending to 250 contacts during the trial. If I don‘t subscribe to Image Hosting Plus, can I still include my own images in emails?
Yes! You are not limited to using only Benchmark's image service to include images in your email. As long as your image is hosted online and you are able to get a URL for it, you can include it into your email. Benchmark does provide 10 MB of image storage space for all accounts, including free, and this will allow for the convenience of inserting your images in your emails.
