How many tickets can I have for my Event?
Although we want you to be able to have as many tickets as possible, unfortunately there is a limit of 150 ticket types for each live event. Anymore will cause webpage and registration issues for your event. Ticket types being Free or Paid tickets, and Donations as well. Be sure to contact our support team with any questions you may have for your event.

What is the maximum image size that I can upload?
The absolute maximum file size that you can upload is 5MB. The image gallery is pretty much the same between a free account and a paid account. You'll only see a difference when it comes to if you or another person has purchased the Image Hosting Plus. By purchasing the Image Hosting Plus, this increases your storage space to Unlimited. The maximum dimension size that you can upload is 640x640.
