Why is there an error when I click on unsubscribe?
There are a few reasons why clicking on the unsubscribe link can result in an error message. Your email program modified the link. Your email program blocked the link. Your firewall settings modified the link. When a link is modified or blocked by either your email program or firewall, the unsubscribe request will result in an error because we will not have your correct information to unsubscribe you.

Can I modify the URL link color so that it changes after being clicked?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the link in a campaign within Benchmark Email to change the color once it has been clicked. Most email clients will not allow the coding required to enable this change and therefore the change would not appear in the delivered campaigns. You can, however, modify the color of the link before it is clicked.
Can I create an email in Benchmark Email and send it from another program?
No. Using our services to create or modify email correspondence and then using another application to send it out is a violation of Benchmark Email policies. Also, if you were to use an outside application, you would not have access to tracking, opt-outs or other key features that are offered through your Benchmark Email account. These features are useful tools to help you build and maintain successful email marketing relationships.

How do I modify the alignment of text in a block?
To change the alignment of a section of text, follow these steps: Click the Edit icon for the section you want to change. Place your cursor anywhere within the paragraph. In the toolbar of the block, you will see the Text Formatting Options. Select the icon of your choice (left justify , right justify , center or full justify ). Click Save in the top left corner of the block.
