What statistic does the Opens by Location map represent?
The "Opens by Location" represent the recipients who opened your campaign emails This does not track the number of times your email was opened. If your recipient opens an email from more than one location, the map will only show the location from which the email was last opened by the recipient. In some cases the IP information is insufficient for Benchmark Email to locate the open on the map.

How do I unpublish an email from the Community Newsletter Archive?
To remove your published email from the Benchmark Email Community : Click on the Emails tab. Click on the Email Reports link from the Reports Menu. Click the Publish in Community icon . This is the third icon in the tools column. Uncheck the checkbox for your Email in the popup Click Save. Your email will be removed from the Benchmark Email Community.
